Due to differences in screen displays and production processes, slight variations in color, appearance, or materials may occur.

Payments are processed through the methods available at checkout. Orders are only processed after payment confirmation.

7. Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided during checkout.

As part of our sustainability commitment, some products may be produced on demand.

Also as part of our commitment to sustainability and waste reduction, Hirundo operates with minimal stock levels and many of our products are produced specifically for each customer.

This approach helps us avoid overproduction and reduce environmental impact, but it may occasionally result in slightly longer processing and shipping times. We appreciate your understanding and support for more responsible production practices.

We are not responsible for delays caused by third parties or external factors.

8. Right of Withdrawal

Under EU law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.

Products must be returned unused, in original condition and packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

9. Returns and Refunds

All returns and exchanges must first be initiated through our returns portal:

You will need your order number and email or phone number.

Within the portal, select the product, choose the reason, and follow the steps to request a refund.

After submission, you will receive confirmation and instructions by email.

Shipping costs are non-refundable when applicable.

Returns may be refused if products show signs of use.

For returns from outside the EU, customers must declare the shipment as a return to facilitate customs procedures.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

10. Legal Warranty

All products are covered by a 3-year legal warranty under Portuguese and EU law.

If a product is defective:

Products may be repaired or replaced where applicable.
