Can I return my purchase online?

Yes, you can return your order up to 14 days after receiving it, as long as the products maintain their original characteristics and no signs of use. To make a return you just have to:

  • Click here https://return.iflastmile.com/es/hirundo to access the exchange and return portal.
  •  You will need your order number and your email/phone number to enter the portal.
  • There you will be able to see the products that you have bought, click on them and select the reason why you want to return the product. Then select the option “Get a Refund”. The refund will be processed trough the same method of payment.
  • Click on “Next Step”.
  • Confirm your address and choose how and when you want to return the product. (Pick up, drop off)
  • After those steps, the return will be validated, and you will receive an email with the confirmation.

 Shipping costs are not refundable in cases where shipping costs were applied.

 If the returned items show signs of use, Hirundo reserves the right not to accept the return and refuse their refund.

 NOTE: For exchanges and returns coming from countries outside the European Union, it is extremely important to indicate, at the post office, that the delivery of the item is due to an exchange or return. In this way, the customs process is facilitated.

Defective Product

If your product is defective, do not hesitate to let us know. 

 Just follow these steps: 

  • Send an email to info@hirundo.pt: 
    • Subject of the email: ”Complaint # 1001” (after the cardinal, put your order number). 
    • Attached: 2 or 3 clear photographs that clearly show the problem found in the product. 
    • Email text: describe in detail the problem encountered. 
  • To return the products take the same steps as if it was a normal return, described above. But in this case we may refund the shipping costs.
  • Your product will be analyzed in the laboratory. We will proceed with its repair if it is a simple and easy to solve problem, allowing the reduction of waste. This solution will only be possible if it does not bring any inconvenience to you. In case there is no possibility of repair, we make the replacement. 
  • This process takes about 10 working days. 

We assume responsibility for all our products as long as the shoes show signs of normal use. You can confirm. After a complaint, the product will be subjected to laboratory analysis and any non-compliance will be detected and, in this situation, Hirundo reserves the right to deny its repair / replacement.
